Adding Tickets To Autotask Using Email2DB
You can setup Email2DB to automatically create tickets in AutoTask. Email2DB will monitor any POP3 or IMAP mailbox for emails that match specific criteria. For each new email found it will parse out
the information required by AutoTask. It will then send a new outgoing email to
AutoTask with the correctly formatted XML required to create a ticket (or update an existing ticket).
Once configured Email2DB will operate as a background service processing emails
automatically.
