Email2DB - Converting Email To CRM Records
Email2DB can parse and extract data from any incoming email and then update entities
in your CRM system. Email2DB currently supports
Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
For
example, if you receive orders via email from your payment processor or from
a form on your website, Email2DB can extract the customer data from the email and
automatically create an Account in your CRM system. It works with both On Premise
and Hosted editions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The CRM Integration option is included with the Professional and Enterprise Editions
of Email2DB.
