HR Officers and Recruitment Consultants are experiencing an all time high in the number of CV and job applications that they are receiving. As a result, HR software supplier Parker Software has been working closely with a number of recruitment consultants to tailor their Email2Db software technology to applications which help recruitment consultants and HR officers automate their recruiting and hiring process, to make both cost and time savings.
Email2Db delivers on demand and is an easy to implement email parser/email automation solution. It has many advanced features which are helping to manage the recruitment process including CV parsing saving time extracting data and re-keying to create a useful database in minutes, candidate and requisition tracking, emailing, scheduling, interviews, follow-up tasks and collaborating with associates and HR managers.
Email2DB can read and process messages from POP3, IMAP and Exchange Servers - plus directly from Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007 folders. You can also use Email2DB as a mail server and send emails directly to it for processing. The Enterprise Edition can also read messages from HTTP & RSS sources and from external databases.
In addition, Email2DB can do more than update databases, it allows you to print custom reports, update Outlook contacts, save attachments to specific folders, send multiple outgoing emails, send SMS text messages, send faxes, control Windows processes, backup emails to your favourite database, run scripts & macros - all from received emails.
