Email2DB Remote Adminstration

The Email2DB Enterprise Edition includes a feature called Remote Administration. This enables an Email2DB server to be configured and monitored from any number of Remote PC's running the Email2DB Administrator.

You can run the Email2DB Administrator on a remote PC and connect to an Email2DB Server on another PC (even over the Internet). From the remote PC you can use the Email2DB Administrator in the same way as you would use it normally. You can create and edit triggers, view checked messages and change any of the program options. Communication to and from the Email2DB Administrator and server is encrypted for added security.

Once Remote Administration is enabled you can connect to the Email2DB Server from any other PC. The Email2DB Administrator must be installed on the remote PC first. We have a separate setup file that installs the Administrator only. This can be downloaded from our web site. There are no restrictions on the number of remote Administrator setups that you can install.
